This the latest raw data off the Euro and while I don't usually just give raw data without smoothing it through a curated forecast, this represents what I think is a fairly good idea of the placement rainfall for the coming system.
I mentioned the past few days light falls generally for SA, moderate falls mainly south and east of Adelaide and moderate falls for southern and mountain Victoria with heavy falls east of Melbourne through the Yarra Ranges and water catchments.
Light falls generally for inland NSW with 2-5mm at best for those on and west of the divide.
Further rainfall will be approaching later in the week into next weekend as system build in WA.

This forecast is of moderate confidence and is still subject to change.
