A cold night on the way, nothing unheard of given it is winter. But some of the frosts could be a little harder than this morning with the scope of the high pressure beginning to broaden and the centre itself deepening.

If you are living in the east it is clear skies and a dry airmass for most today, with slightly below average maximums in a northwest to westerly wind regime.
Once the sun goes down, you know the drill, temperatures dropping after 5pm and plummeting towards freezing by about 9pm onwards.
Frost Risk Tuesday Morning - Valid Monday 5th of July 2021

Fog again possible during the morning over a large portion of the inland, but should lift a little more effectively through SA but linger over the ranges in the east.
Fog Risk Tuesday Morning - Valid Monday 5th of July 2021

More fog and frost likely for Wednesday and Thursday with severe frosts persisting about the ranges. A marginal chance of a freeze through the southeast of NSW and southern ACT tomorrow morning and Wednesday morning but not high enough for a chart to be drawn at this stage.
