The weather is certainly glorious under high pressure through many areas of inland Australia. The air behind a cold front that passed through southern and southeast Australia is running up the NSW coast today and the cold air is forecast to settle in over the inland, with light winds, clear skies and the long duration nights, the recipe is there for severe frosts and freeze conditions for areas of VIC, NSW/ACT and getting into QLD and parts of SA.
Cropping farmers should take notice of this risk.
