Before we head on into Saturday evening, there are some interesting signals in the evening model data.
Moisture appears to be coming through the eastern inland with a good chance of rainfall mid week over southern SA, VIC and southeast NSW.
Then the moisture may interact with a trough over the eastern inland of NSW and QLD to increase the shower coverage across inland areas.
The weather then turns humid and unsettled over interior parts of the nation with a deepening moisture profile and an upper trough on the approach from the west. There could be some very dynamic looking weather in the coming few days on the modelling.

00Z GFS Surface Pressure Pattern - next 2 weeks
GFS Rainfall for the coming two weeks.
Note the rainfall over the east and coming across SA now tonight. This will continue to bounce around in the coming days. The weather on the east coast is getting wetter each run.
Full update coming tomorrow - I do think we are seeing a trend to wetter conditions for the east coast and the eastern inland as well.
